 Lou Nelson Promotions will host the 1st Annual Independent Country Stampede in Kyle, Texas, to provide an opportunity for independent artists, bands, and songwriters to entertain and get exposure.  The event will be held June 12 and 13 from 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm each day.  A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the VFW Post 12058 for their building fund. Booths for vendors will be available to rent as follows.

 FOOD BOOTHS

Turkey legs, corn on the cob, hamburger/hot dogs, tacos, etc. except beverages. Anything that is being cooked on the premises must have fire extinguishers (two) and must produce a Food Handlers permit from the Health Department.  The cost for this space will be $200 for two days. 

 PREPARED-FOOD BOOTHS

Bakery products, cakes, cookies, rolls, brownies, candy, etc. except beverages. These booths will cost $100 for both days.

 NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

The cost will be $100 for both days and these organizations will be able to sell whatever they want, except beverages.  Proof of non-profit status must be provided

 PERSONAL BUSINESS

A booth for crafts, jewelry, plaques, hand crafted items, etc. will cost $100 for both days.

 VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS

We are reserving the right to the Veterans to sell what they wish, and reserving all beverages, water and soda, for the Vets to sell for their cause.  We are here and doing this to help them get their new building.  A percentage of the profits will go towards their cause.

 MAJOR SPONSORS

Car Dealers, Supermarkets, Real Estate, Boat Company, Motorcycle Dealers, RV Centers, etc. For their sponsorship, we will advertise them on all our materials, radio, and/or TV, using their logo and link to their website where possible.  The cost of participating will be $500.  They can display their products, cars, motorcycles, RV’s, boats.

This application is an application for space only.  No space reserved without payment.  The application is subject to review and approval by Lou Nelson Promotions who reserves the right to reject any applicant for any reason.  If for any reason Lou Nelson Promotions is unable to accept your application, a refund will be issued.  All information is subject to change.  Full refund until May 31.  No refunds after June 1.
