INDEPENDENT COUNTRY STAMPEDE

      The First Annual "Independent Country Stampede" will be held June 12 and 13th, 2009.  This event is being produced for the Independent Artists, Bands and Songwriters. Our goal for this event is to make Kyle, Texas an Independent Fan Fair Event to help promote, produce and expose the Independent Artist, Band, Songwriter.  This event will be FREE to the public and the artists DO NOT PAY TO PLAY!  The Stampede is a place where we can gather with our friends, family and fellow musicians from every walk of life.

   There will be food vendors on the event ground for your service.  There will also be Sponsor booths, craft booths and booths for the Artists to sell their product/merchandise.  Any vendor interested in reserving booth space for the Stampede, please contact us to discuss fee, booth size, etc.  PLEASE NOTE:  ARTISTS, BANDS, SONGWRITERS:  YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE A BOOTH..BUT YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR ONE PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

   There will be two stages...(1) outside and (1) inside the dancehall.  The inside stage will be the Main Stage and the outside stage will be for the karaoke contest and later for the "SONGWRITERS IN THE ROUND" gathering on Friday afternoon/early evening. 

   Friday, June 12, the live music will begin approximately 4 p.m., following the Karaoke Contest.  All bands that have signed up will be given timeslots for the event.  We will have a "house" band available for any artist who would prefer to have a "backing" band.  Please contact us to discuss details.  Also, any band who is planning to attend the event and would like to offer their assistance as a "backing" band, please contact us. 

   Saturday, June 13, the live music will begin approximately at 4 p.m.  Saturday night there will be a Dinner Show.  Tickets will be sold at the door.  A nice hot meal, drink and show with beautiful western style dining tables and chairs.  The main doors to the Dance Hall will be closing for preparation of the Dinner Show at 6 p.m.  They will reopen at 7 p.m.  Tickets for the Dinner Show will be $8 per person or $12 per couple.  Enjoy some good music and great Texas food!

   KARAOKE CONTEST:  Anyone from 15 yrs and up may join the Karaoke Contest.  There will be prizes for the winners of the contest.  The Contest will start approximately at noon on Friday and then again at noon on Saturday ending at 3 p.m.  There will be judges walking around and listening to the singers and marking their rates on performance, voice and stage presence, so PLEASE dress appropriately and "look" like you belong on that stage.  There will be people in the industry that will be watching to see if you have marketable potential.  You must sign up by MAY 1ST, 2009.  Send your name, email and phone number to:  lnpm@aol.com  GOOD LUCK TO ALL ENTRIES!

   Please come help us celebrate our "INDEPENDENT COUNTRY STAMPEDE".  Also, a percentage of the proceeds will be helping our VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS, POST 12058.  We support ALL our Veterans, PAST and PRESENT.  Come enjoy and celebrate the Independent Artist and shake a Veterans hand and thank him/her for their service and keeping our American lifestyle (watch him stand proud!).
